Outsi Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the facilities, services, website, and any related offerings provided by Outsi ("Outsi," "we," "us," or "our"). By making a reservation, purchasing a service, entering the premises, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Facilities & Assumption of Risk

Use of bathhouse facilities, including but not limited to hot pools, cold plunges, saunas, steam rooms, showers, and relaxation areas, involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, or death. By entering Outsi and using its facilities, you voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for your physical condition and limitations.

2. Health & Medical Disclaimer

All services and facilities provided by Outsi are for relaxation and wellness purposes only and do not constitute medical treatment or medical advice. Guests with medical conditions, including but not limited to cardiovascular conditions, respiratory issues, pregnancy, or those under the influence of drugs or alcohol, should consult a licensed healthcare professional prior to use.

Outsi reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if, in our sole discretion, a guest’s participation may pose a risk to themselves or others.

3. Guest Conduct & House Rules

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, safe, and hygienic manner at all times. This includes compliance with all posted rules, verbal instructions from staff, and general standards of courtesy.

Harassment, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow house rules may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

4. Age Restrictions

Guests must be at least 18 years of age to access Outsi’s facilities. Valid identification may be required. No minors under the age of 18 are permitted, even if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

5. Right to Refuse Service

Outsi reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service or remove any guest for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, intoxication, violation of these Terms, or disruptive behavior. Removal under this section shall not entitle the guest to any refund.

6. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for the care and security of their personal belongings. Lockers are provided for convenience only. Outsi is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

7. Reservations, Cancellations & No-Shows

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled reservation time. Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the reservation, as well as no-shows, will be charged one hundred percent (100%) of the reservation cost.

8. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals will result in shortened sessions corresponding to the remaining reservation time. Full charges apply, and no refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.

9. Refunds

Where a refund is approved in accordance with these Terms, it will be issued to the original form of payment within five (5) business days. Processing or transaction fees, where applicable, are non-refundable.

10. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and fees may apply. Outsi reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

11. Photography, Recording & Privacy

Photography or recording within Outsi may be restricted to protect guest privacy. Recording other guests without their consent is strictly prohibited. By entering the premises, you consent to incidental inclusion in marketing or promotional materials unless otherwise stated in writing.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, images, and materials are the intellectual property of Outsi and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

13. Force Majeure

Outsi shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, government orders, labor disputes, or acts of God.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outsi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Outsi’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the applicable service.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outsi, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the facilities, violation of these Terms, or misconduct.

16. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Outsi’s facilities shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within the State of Vermont.

17. Modifications to Terms

Outsi reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the facilities or website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By making a reservation, entering the premises, or using Outsi’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
